We built a custom Shopify theme with dynamic artist pages, timed merch drops, and a streamlined direct-to-fan checkout. Artist profile pages were built using Shopify metaobjects so the team could add new artists without developer involvement. Drop mechanics used countdown timers with pre-order flows and email waitlist capture to build demand before inventory went live. Klaviyo was integrated with per-artist list segmentation so post-drop follow-up emails were specific to each fan's purchase history.
