+185% E-Commerce Revenue
The Latest Scoop case study

The Challenge

The Latest Scoop needed to unify an omnichannel experience between retail stores and online shopping. The inventory separation was the most operationally damaging issue — online overselling was creating customer disappointment and staff time spent on cancellation management. The online store's visual presentation wasn't matching the in-store experience that had built their loyal following, making it harder to convert in-store customers to online buyers and vice versa. New arrival email notifications — their most powerful marketing tool — were being sent without a coordinated online launch, meaning email traffic arrived to find products not yet live on the site.

Our Solution

We built a Shopify theme with POS sync, store locator integration, and editorial merchandising for seasonal drops. Shopify POS was integrated with the online store to create a unified inventory system across all physical locations and the e-commerce channel, eliminating the overselling problem. A store locator page was built with location-specific inventory visibility for click-and-collect orders. The new arrival email and storefront launch were synchronized through a Klaviyo trigger that fires when new collection inventory goes live, ensuring email traffic always arrives to a functioning product page.
